  • How do I enrol and how much do dance classes cost?
Enrolment is free of charge with no hidden costs. Get in touch with us today using the form above to book your free trial class. Then all you have to do is come along, try out a class and if you wish to enrol, we will give you an enrolment form to read and fill out. Upon returning the enrolment form, your little one will receive a free Blockwork t-shirt and bag and officially be a part of the Blockwork family. For more information on class fees and packages, please see the OUR CLASSES page.
  • Can I watch my child's dancing classes?
When designing our studio, it was a priority to allow parents to watch classes so they can feel comfortable that their little one is safe and happy during their time with us. All of our studios are fitted with viewing windows/glass doors where you are free to watch from. We are also in the process of installing new security cameras where parents will be able to watch classes from a TV screen in our reception.
  • What do I need to bring to my first class?
We recommend you bring a water bottle to every class as you will most definitely work up a sweat whilst dancing. Besides this, just some comfortable clothing and a big smile.
  • What do I need to wear?
Upon enrolment, you will receive a free Blockwork t-shirt and bag which you can wear to classes, but to get you started, just a comfy t-shirt/singlet and some shorts. For ballet classes, you must wear a ballet leotard, ballet stockings and ballet shoes which can all be purchased from us directly at the studio. For Irish dancing classes, we recommend purchasing some Irish dancing 'soft shoes'. These will help look after your feet and help you dance beautifully. But as you are starting out, some comfy runners will do just fine.
  • Is there parking at the studio?
Unfortunately we don't have any allocated parking spots for parents, so parents must drop their children off at the door and pick them up at the end of class. Their is plenty of street parking just outside the complex so you will never have to walk too far.
